Wings of Hope​

Jacmel, Haiti
​Wings of Hope, in Jacmel, is a home to more than 30 children and young adults with varying degrees of physical and mental challenges. Wings of Hope is much more than just a residence though. It is a family, where the residents live as brothers and sisters and have positive interactions with their care-givers and teachers.

Wings of Hope has its own education and therapy programs on-site to develop the skills and abilities of the Wings residents. There are also classes in the arts, recreation and life skills offered at Wings of Hope. The residents benefit from 24/7 medical care.

Wings of Hope embodies the HOPE part of its name, giving everyone who lives there hope, and showing all who enter the gates what the faces of hope look like.

​Lekòl Sen Trinite​

Jacmel, Haiti

​Education is the key to the future in Haiti. Unfortunately, in cases of extreme poverty, children can be denied access to an education that can change their lives.
​
Lekòl Sen Trinite (LST) is a day school for the poorest children in the community of Jacmel. It offers a tuition-free education to approximately 225 students from preschool through ninth grade.

The students who attend LST would not be able to go to school if it were not for LST. They not only receive a quality education, but they are also provided with a hot meal every day, often it is the only meal they will eat that day.

​LST provides all their books and school supplies. Afterschool classes in the arts, cooking and karate are also offered.​
LST is a place filled with hope, learning and laughter and it provides a safe haven for children as they dream of a better future.

SJ Community Outreach Center

Petionville, Haiti
​The SJ Community Outreach Center (SJCOC) is a haven in the chaos of Port-au-Prince where the community can gather for worship, classes, community meetings, recreation and fellowship.

  • Our board members either travel to Haiti or live in Haiti, and each of us has been philanthropically active in Haiti for years.

  • As an independent 501c3 non-profit, we offer tax deductible donations to our donors.
  • We work closely with the St. Joseph Family and other Caribbean based non-profit service organizations, to help provide resources, projects, services and medical care.

  • Our board members are committed to making the best use of donor funds, by focusing on low-cost & high-impact sustainability.
